We have created a brand-new role that is at the leading edge of our strategy. We are looking for someone who would welcome the opportunity to lead and develop a dynamic new team. You will be leading part of the new, ambitious strategy to move The Fire Fighters Charity forward, working in partnership with Fire and Rescue Services to improve the health and happiness of our beneficiary community.
As the Director of Health Improvement and Influencing you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and take responsibility for driving our ‘Inform and Prevent’ work, our research, development of healthcare knowledge and understanding. You are likely to have a background in general healthcare or the NHS and be experienced in developing external partnerships and influencing a national health agenda through partnership working and change campaigns.

Everything you do will enable us to support our people in the fire services community; educate and help people understand more about their health, wellbeing, the challenges of working in the UKFRS and the impact it has on the lives of employees, families and into retirement.
