If you’re a beneficiary of The Fire Fighters Charity, you are eligible for support from Togetherall, an online network for mental health, where you can find a discussion forum, support and information.
The only digital mental health service registered with the Care Quality Commission, Togetherall also has the option for live one-to-one therapy sessions with a counsellor over video.

Refuge for Women and Children against domestic violence
Run in partnership with Women’s Aid and Refuge, there is a free 24-hour national domestic violence helpline for those facing violence or abuse. Support can be accessed by calling 0808 2000 247 or visiting their website.
