Caz Lee and her husband George, both of whom work for Cambridgeshire FRS, experienced a very challenging two years after a series of bereavements and George being diagnosed with testicular cancer. Norfolk firefighter Mark Westgate went through an incredibly challenging time after losing his mum to cancer and three colleagues to suicide. Here, he shares how our online mental wellbeing programme helped him. Mark Trudgill, a firefighter with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, received support for his mental health after his son tragically took his own life in prison. He’s now spreading the word about how your donations make such a huge difference.
