Scottish firefighter Dan Cook visited Jubilee House, our centre in Penrith, earlier this year after injuring his leg – and says the support he received helped him get back on the run. Thomas Warner, who works as Service Improvement Manager with Bedfordshire FRS, shares his experience of attending our Reset Programme and how he’s adapted his lifestyle since. On-call firefighter Rob Tremblett received our support following a hamstring injury, helping him to work towards being back on the run. Here, he shares his experience following a visit to one of our centres… Surbjit Ghuman, who’s married to an IT Support Officer with West Midlands FRS, attended our Women’s Wellbeing Week and made lifelong friendships – while boosting her overall wellbeing.
