Merrick Josephs, who works in LFB’s Firefighter Development Team, attended our Reset Programme following a family bereavement. Cheshire FRS volunteer, Mike Henshall, says a stay at Harcombe House on our Reset Programme helped him focus on the future after experiencing major mental health challenges over several years. Caz Lee and her husband George, both of whom work for Cambridgeshire FRS, experienced a very challenging two years after a series of bereavements and George being diagnosed with testicular cancer. Thomas Warner, who works as Service Improvement Manager with Bedfordshire FRS, shares his experience of attending our Reset Programme and how he’s adapted his lifestyle since. Norfolk firefighter Mark Westgate went through an incredibly challenging time after losing his mum to cancer and three colleagues to suicide. Here, he shares how our online mental wellbeing programme helped him.
