Leyburn schoolgirl Zara Sunter has been selling her own Christmas cards to raise money for the Charity after being inspired by the support her Dad received in Penrith. Chris Birdsell-Jones has been the force behind The Fire Tones campaign for the Christmas Number One. He tells us what it's been like to take on the music industry and what has given him the energy to keep going. Firefighter and photojournalist Dan Homewood is on a mission to document daily life in the fire and rescue service, and the impact it can have on mental health. Watch Manager, Mark Schofield, explains why taking on a physical running challenge for the Charity has helped him to come to terms with his PTSD. Royal Berkshire firefighter Andy Grist, 35, joined the service nine years ago. 2014 saw him tackle 14 challenges raising thousands of pounds for The Fire Fighters Charity and Camberley-based Make-A-Wish Foundation.
