We are hosting a programme at one of our centres in December, specifically for anyone who would benefit from support for a neurological condition or injury, but who doesn’t need full-time support. We're holding a series of Tai Chi sessions over Zoom, as part of our Living Well Groups, from 29 September. Staying hydrated is essential for anyone.
