“Tai Chi originated as an ancient Chinese martial art,” says Juliette. “It is a relaxed, enjoyable, mindful exercise system. Many health benefits of Tai Chi, including improved balance, muscle strength, mobility, decreased mental health issues and improved flexibility.

“In the west, Tai Chi is predominantly used within falls prevention, but there are many other conditions for which it can be beneficial. The exercises presented here are based on traditional Tai Chi moves and have been adapted to be easy to follow and simple to use. They focus on balance, movement, breathing and relaxation.
