Making sure that you have access to all the information you need about the many ways we can help you, as well as how you can support us, is central to our ambition to make a positive difference to the lives of every member of the UK’s fire services community.
So, we’ve launched a nationwide Communications Survey to explore how we can improve the way we communicate with you. By completing it you’ll be helping us to create more effective digital and in person communications, and you’ll be in with a chance of winning a £25 Amazon Voucher.
The survey should take you no more 10-15 minutes to complete and will look at how we communicate with you at the moment, online, via email and at your workplace.
Gaining a true understanding of the effectiveness of our communications, across every fire and rescue service, will allow us to see what steps we can take to improve things on a national and local level. Your support with this survey is therefore hugely appreciated. The winner of the £25 Amazon voucher will be chosen at random from all those who have completed the survey by its closing date on Friday 19 August.
