Nottingham-based fundraiser Gemma Dyer has been racking up the miles this year to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity, completing both the Silverstone Half Marathon and the London Vitality 10K, raising hundreds of pounds in the process.
Supported by her employers, Vauxhall retailer Evans Halshaw in Nottingham, Gemma will also be holding raffles and attending car washes throughout the year as she looks to complete a range of challenges for us.
Commenting on her fundraising efforts, Gemma said: “I feel very humbled to have raised so much money for our firefighters and support the fantastic work they do, but I couldn’t have done it without the help of my colleagues at Evan Halshaw. So I would like to extend a huge thanks to them and all the customers who have got behind me.”
