Next month see’s the launch of our National Car Wash League 2017/18 and you can help your local firefighters to glory, by taking your car to one the hundreds of stations taking part across the UK throughout the month of September.
The National Car Wash League, sponsored by Autoglym takes place twice a year where our heroes battle it out to be crowned national champions. Crews compete against each other to wash as many cars as possible and raise as much money as they can for The Fire Fighters Charity. Last March the public helped to raise a staggering £269,000 by taking their cars along to participating stations. This money will make a life-changing difference and provide support such as psychological and physical therapy to the people our charity is here to help.
So, if after our lovely British summer your car is in need of a little TLC – tough loving care – from one of our awesome firefighters, head down to your nearest station and help crown a winner.
