With longer days and warmer weather on the horizon, as well as the slow easing of restrictions, there’s no better time to soak up the nature around us and enjoy all it has to offer. And spending time outdoors can have huge benefits on our mental health.
We marked Mental Health Awareness Week from 10 to 16 May 2021 by hosting a webinar, to explore how nature can improve overall mental wellbeing. One of our Psychological Therapists held the interactive Zoom call to guide participants through how you can connect with nature, even from the comfort of your armchair.
