How we marked Mental Health Awareness Week
Employees from across our charity have celebrated this year's theme - movement - with walks, runs, and much more.
Employees from across our charity have celebrated this year's theme - movement - with walks, runs, and much more. There is no blue print for what the grieving process should look like. But we've shared a few tips to help anyone adjusting to life after a bereavement. Our Welfare Services Lead, Carrie Pearce, has shared information, support and tips around caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s. Psychological Therapist, Sophia Carmen, shares some of the ways expressing creativity can boost mental wellbeing. We are running a virtual quiz and meet-up for our wonderful carers community on 6 June at 3pm. Can you join?
