Over the coming months, in line with the Government’s roadmap for the easing of coronavirus restrictions, we will continue to deliver services to members of the fire services community through the blend of digital and online support that has proved so successful over the past year, as well as through the steady reintroduction of face-to-face interventions.
Prioritising the safety of our employees and beneficiaries at all times, we will take a cautious and measured approach to the expansion of available services over the coming months. This will ensure that we can continue to deliver the highest standards of support through digital means and, from May, in Covid-safe face-to-face environments, at our centres and in communities across the UK.
