On the 6th October 2019, Joe Robinson and his four fellow firefighters will attempt to run the Leicester Half Marathon and to make things even trickier, they will be running in full uniform including all breathing apparatus! All four firefighters pictured above (Joe Robinson, Jamie Gear, Nick Lack and Dave Tennant) were on the first fire engines to attend the tragic helicopter accident last year at Leicester City Football Club – when chairman, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and four of his staff sadly died. In memory of this, Joe and his team will be raising money for the #VichaiFoundation and The Fire Fighters Charity. It's with great pleasure that Vero Sports were able to support the team by providing them with the Vero performance T-shirts. A high-end technical t-shirt which will match the intensity of their training sessions, whilst keeping them nice and cool.
