Jaspreet Kaur, a Business and Project Support Officer with Surrey FRS, was able to attend our Reset Programme during a difficult time – and that’s all thanks to your regular donations. Colin Wood, a retired firefighter with Avon FRS, kayaked almost the length of the UK in support of us - while spreading a powerful message around the importance of reaching out for support with your mental health Knowing warning signs, symptoms and where to turn for check-ups is so important and when it comes to men’s health, there are a few things you can do to keep an eye on yourself too. One of our Jubilee House nurses shares what an average day is like for the team that provides round the clock care, kindness and compassion to beneficiaries with additional needs.
