Making some small changes to your diet as you age, particularly while going through the menopause – or in the years after – can improve your overall health and reduce the risk of developing a number of diseases. There are some small steps you can take which could reduce your risk of developing cervical, ovarian, uterine, breast or vaginal cancers. Our Wellness & Behaviour Change Coaches, Sally Walker and AJ Whitaker, share some tips to cope with menopause symptoms.
