There is an opportunity for applicants to have an informal telephone discussion, by appointment, about us and the position of Recovery Services Lead during the application process. To make arrangements please contact Romily Kenward on 01256 366 566.  This will not form part of the selection process.

Selection Process

Upon meeting the role and person specification requirements we will hold a short, telephone/skype interview.

If you are selected from your application you will be invited to an interview at Harcombe House, our Centre near Exeter, Devon.  Whilst visiting our centre, and prior to your interview, you will have the opportunity to find out more about us, what we do and an opportunity to meet the team.

You will also be asked to give a presentation to a small group which will include members of the interview panel.

If required, a further short list of candidates may then be selected to attend a second interview at our Head Office in Basingstoke.

Terms and Conditions

Salary: £41,888.00 per annum

Employer Pension Contribution: 8% of gross salary (non contributory)

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days)

Location: The position will be based at our Recovery Centre, near Exeter, with travel to our other centres.
