Following an injury to his knee Mark was unable to complete his full duties as a firefighter, resulting in having to take time of work. Mark was then faced with having surgery to his knee, and further time off work to recover.
Having heard about a peers experience with the Charity Mark reached out for support.
Four weeks after surgery Mark joined the rehabilitation programme at Marine Court and we caught up with him to hear more about his recovery and experience on the programme.
