We’re delighted to announce the launch of a fantastic new library of interactive online resources and tools covering a broad range of health and wellbeing topics, exclusively available through My Fire Fighters Charity.

The new resources have been created in partnership with workplace mental health and wellbeing specialists, Rightsteps, to offer you three levels of information and support, covering topics on everything from alcohol and anxiety to dealing with change, menopause and debt.

Bitesize sessions take a few minutes only

Our Bitesize resources can be completed in a couple of minutes and have been created to offer you some quick tips and advice on health and wellbeing topics of interest to you.

Our Find Out More sessions, meanwhile, have been devised to offer you a little more depth and information, but can also be completed easily over a cup of tea.

Our new Find Out More resources cover a broad range of topics

And our self-directed Online Courses, available to eligible beneficiaries only, offer registered participants the chance to take part in multi-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) courses, covering topics in depth and providing techniques and tools to help you move forward positively.

Sharon Bailey, Director of Beneficiary Services, said of the new resources: “We are so pleased to be able to offer these fantastic new tools, free to MyFFC users. They are a great way to access information and advice quickly and easily, with some great tips and techniques to help you work through the issues concerning you.

“We are committed to doing all we can to help people throughout their lives, as well as at those points in life when things happen and needs arise. These new resources cover a broad range of topics and I am hopeful that they will prove valuable in helping people now, before needs arise in the future.”

MyFFC users can access the resources through the Access Support section of the site, where they will find our new Wellbeing Hub, home to our Bitesize, Find Out More and Online Courses.

Available free to My Fire Fighters Charity users, you can register to join at www.firefighterscharity.org.uk/myffc and access MyFFC via desktop or by downloading either the Android or iOS app.
