Our Housekeeping team is on hand to help you with anything that could make your stay more enjoyable, so should you need anything, please speak to Reception and they’ll pass on the message.
Towels are provided for all guests and can be changed upon request. These are for use in the room only, and must not be used in the swimming pool or gym areas.
Guests have access to our free car park for the duration of their stay. Disabled spaces are available in front of the centre. Please note, users of our car parks do so at their own risk and the Charity can accept no liability for any accidents, loss or damage to their vehicles.
We pride ourselves on being able to provide a peaceful, relaxing environment for people visiting us. Please respect this wish for serenity by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, especially after 9pm.
Damages and breakages
If during your stay you notice damage to property or you or your guests accidentally break something, please report it to Reception at the time.
Your key fob will allow you to access the areas you need to during your stay. Please keep this safe, as we do charge a £10 replacement fee for lost fobs. You are welcome to leave your fob at Reception when leaving the Centre if you wish.
Please make all enquiries regarding lost property to Reception. Please also note that we may have to charge for postage if we find the item after you return home.
We kindly ask all our guests to ensure windows and doors are locked when leaving your accommodation. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged while on site.
A lift is situated in the corridor on the way to the swimming pool and goes to the first floor. Please advise Reception if you need to use this lift.
Rubbish and recycling
Dustbins are provided to the side of the building through the door opposite the laundry room. We kindly ask guests to dispose of all rubbish prior to departure. There are separate bins for bagged general waste and recyclable products. Bins to the rear of the flats are for flat residents only and should not be used by Centre guests.
We respectfully ask guests to resist the temptation to feed the seagulls. The birds can become very aggressive and it can also encourage vermin to be attracted to food they do not eat.
No smoking policy
Please note, we operate a strict no smoking policy within Marine Court and the grounds. This also applies to e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area by the bike shelter at the back of the main car park, with a provided cigarette bin.
Children should be accompanied at all times. Please be aware some guests may be frail or recovering from surgery, so we ask that nobody runs within the centre.
We would be grateful if you could please vacate your accommodation by the time agreed with you, leaving your key card and/or bungalow key with Reception and settling your account. We ask that you leave your room in a tidy state and you dispose of all rubbish. You will have access to your accommodation until you depart, should you wish to safely shower or change after finishing activities.
In order to help us prevent the spread of infection, we ask that you strip your bed sheets at the end of your stay and put these in the bathroom, along with any of our towels. Your help in this matter is very much appreciated, especially by our Housekeeping team, who you will be helping to keep safe in doing so.
