Our online Hope (Help Overcome Problems Effectively) Programme is here for anyone who feels they’d benefit from a boost to their wellbeing during a time of change or uncertainty, however big or small.

Completely anonymous and flexible, the programme fits into your schedule - whether you’re on a PC, laptop, tablet, or phone. Because in the fire service, life is always on the go, whether you’re in it yourself or supporting a loved one who is.

Just like we look after our overall fitness, we should prepare to protect our mental and emotional wellbeing too. This resilience-boosting programme helps you do just that.

What to expect

Ellodie Stott, who's the partner of a firefighter, joined one of our Hope Programmes and says she found it really beneficial.

She says: "You can make it personal and there's no pressure. It makes you realise that it doesn't have to be a big reason for why you need to do it, because when you read about some of the issues that come up, you realise that these are all common things we're all dealing with."
