From the moment participants start the Hope Programme, they can rest assured they’re not alone. Throughout the whole time they’re taking part in the online programme, they’ll be supported by our trained facilitators.

So that we can offer more programmes, we now need to increase our team of Volunteer Facilitators.

By taking on this valuable and rewarding role, you’ll support participants to feel empowered and become more confident so they can cope emotionally, psychologically and practically with any challenges they may be facing, or which may come their way in the future.

You’ll help them to rediscover old techniques and strategies, while developing new skills that improve their overall health and wellbeing.

Full training will be provided and we’d ask you to commit to an hour each day (Monday to Friday) during the six-week programme. The time can be at your convenience and as the programme progresses, less time may be required. We’d also ask you to commit to two of these six-week programmes in a year.

Before becoming a Facilitator, we’d require you to complete the Hope Programme once yourself, so you have experienced what it has to offer first-hand. If you haven’t done so already, you can do so after applying.
