Through some incredible fundraising efforts, Lauren Turner has already raised thousands of pounds to support fire service personnel – just like her husband, Ross – across the UK. Firefighter Drew Telfer has received counselling support as well as attending our Reset Programme at Harcombe House – both of which he says have massively improved his mental wellbeing. Devon and Somerset Station Manager, Ben Weedon, has been having Outpatient appointments during his recovery from prostate cancer – which he says have helped him get back on the run. London Fire Brigade firefighter Sam Hayward knows first-hand how important it is to ask for help – and just how life-changing that support can be. Retired Devon and Somerset firefighter, Greg Rowland, has been receiving our physiotherapy support as an outpatient at Harcombe House ever since he was injured in a major road traffic collision.
