Your stay with us

To help you get the most from your time with us, this page contains everything you need to know about your accommodation, the Centre and the grounds. There's also information on the local area and some useful contacts for you.

We’ve tried to cover everything you'll need to know on these pages, but if you have any further questions about Marine Court or Fire Fighters Charity, please do ask a member of our team. You can phone Reception on 01903 736063 between 8am and 6.30pm.

All you need to know

Infection control

We have a number of infection control measures in place. You will find Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) stations, hand sanitising stations and masks available at various locations within the centre. Whilst the wearing of face coverings is not mandatory, please do so if you feel more comfortable.

Our employees may be wearing different forms of personal protective equipment depending on the task being carried out.

Throughout the duration of your stay, if you feel unwell at any point, please inform a member of our team as soon as possible.
