Residential breaks

Rest and Recharge stays at each of our centres are available for those who need a chance to pause, ground themselves, replenish and reset.

Family weeks

At Harcombe House we have family weeks, including some stays dedicated to families with children who have additional needs.

Wellbeing resources and advice

A range of online tools, self-directed courses and guidance to support you with a wide range of health and wellbeing topics in our Online Wellbeing Hub. It’s full of great resources and courses at your fingertips, wherever you are – on everything from fitness, nutrition and sleep to guidance on how we can support you with anxiety, depression, relationship and money worries, loneliness, grief and life changes and much more.

Wellness workshops and webinars

Wellness workshops delivered by our teams directly to Fire and Rescue Services, these include topics such as developing resilience, managing stress and preparing for retirement.
