Retired Watch Manager, Martin Aldred, shares how we’ve supported both his physical and mental health – and why taking the time to look after yourself, early, can pay dividends in the long run. Kristi Burling visited Marine Court on our rehab programme after an injury meant she had to come off the run from her on-call role. Here, she shares how we helped her build her confidence again.
