Alison Byrne-Paul, who is married to a Cheshire firefighter, has been receiving support from us at Jubilee House ever since being diagnosed with a severe brain tumour. Merseyside firefighter, Andy Haslem, received support from us at Jubilee House following surgery on his knee and says it helped him get back on the run and build his confidence again. Retired Greater Manchester firefighter Steve Dyer recently spent a week at Marine Court for some time to rest and recharge after a series of health battles. Jacqui Marwick, a Community Safety Advisor with Lancashire FRS, shares how we supported her and how it inspired an epic fundraiser in 2024. Cheshire FRS volunteer, Mike Henshall, says a stay at Harcombe House on our Reset Programme helped him focus on the future after experiencing major mental health challenges over several years.
