Having been involved in a motorcycle accident just four months into his career as a retained firefighter, Steven Tiller has since been able to return to full fitness with our support and is now preparing for an epic challenge to say thank you. Martin Chester couldn't walk when he got in touch with us. However, he went on to walk or cross train 10km every day for a month to raise funds for us and say thanks for the ongoing support he has received. Sherron Razey had resigned herself to a life living in pain after an operation eight years ago. But time spent at Harcombe House changed her mind, which in turn changed her life. Surrey Fire and Rescue Service's Volunteer Manager Andy Hart spends his days helping organise the distribution of Personal Protection Equipment to non-NHS locations around the county. He says it's a nice feeling, knowing he's doing his bit during the COVID-19 pandemic. After her firefighter husband passed away suddenly in April, panic attacks were ruining Suzanne Constable's life. She agreed to contact the Charity and see what they could do for her, but she had no idea just how much she would take away from her week at Marine Court.
