Mark Trudgill, a firefighter with Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service, received support for his mental health after his son tragically took his own life in prison. He’s now spreading the word about how your donations make such a huge difference. Jamie Shortland, a firefighter with Norfolk FRS, reached out for mental health support following a devastating accident. Now he’s taken on a huge challenge to say thank you. If there's anyone who understands the importance of maintaining social connections when retiring from the fire service, it's Ken Seager. The former Chair of the Charity now volunteers to help set up and run one of our Living Well Groups, a networking group for retired fire service personnel. Lisa Langley was finally pain free and eager to move forward with a new found confidence after two weeks at Marine Court. Firefighters and staff at Cambridge Fire Station believe successful charity fundraising is all about teamwork. Matt House, the station’s Charity Rep, has led the station’s charity efforts for the past four years and has been involved with fundraising for The Fire Fighters Charity since he joined in 2007.
