Do you work in your Fire and Rescue Service’s Control Room? Have you been feeling stressed or anxious? Are you struggling to get a good night’s sleep? Or perhaps you’re living with a long-term health condition, or chronic pain, that’s impacting your overall wellbeing?

We’re running a Reset Programme in September specifically for those working in Control, with sessions and activities tailored to you.

Hosted at Harcombe House, our centre in the heart of Devon’s spectacular countryside, the programme offers a relaxing environment for you to escape the pressures of day-to-day life, so that you have the space and time to focus on improving your overall wellbeing.

Running in the week of 12 September 2022, it will offer you the opportunity to develop and improve your resilience and overall mental fitness, with a programme of workshops and activities tailored to your individual needs.

Our expert practitioners will be on hand to support you throughout, offering guidance, advice, tips and tools to ensure you get the most out of the experience and improve your quality of life going forwards.

The programme will also offer the chance for you and others working in Control Rooms across the UK to support each other and spend quality time together.

If you feel that you would benefit from this programme call the Charity on 0800 389 8820 to discuss  your needs with one of our Assessment Practitioners or submit an enquiry via our website and we will get back to you.
