What better way to celebrate the last of the summer sun than with an outdoor challenge? And our supporters pulled out all the stops in this year’s Great North Run.

From firefighters tackling the half marathon in full kit, to friends and colleagues teaming up to take on the miles together, the day was filled with incredible passion, determination and laughter. And thanks to their efforts, more than £10,500 was raised to support our vital work.
