Our Welfare Services Lead, Carrie Pearce, has shared information, support and tips around caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s. A group of firefighters from a men's mental health walking group walked 100km to raise awareness of motor neurone disease and the support we offer. Connecting with your body when you’re living with pain can be one of the hardest things to do – but it’s a key step in learning to manage the pain. This meditation should help.
