How you can get involved

There are many different ways to take part, depending on how much time and energy you want to give:

Quick feedback
Take part in a short survey, join a one-off discussion, or help us to test a new idea. These opportunities are flexible and easy to dip into, but make a real difference.

Project work
Get involved in a focused piece of work, lasting a few weeks or months. You might help us shape a new service, improve something existing or share insight that directly guides change.

Ongoing participation
Stay involved over time by helping to guide how we work across the organisation. You would be part of regular conversations where we check in on our direction, test ideas and make sure we are focusing on what really matters.

If you would like to stay connected and hear about different ways to take part, join our Service User Experience Panel. It is our main pool of people from across the Fire and Rescue community. There is no set route or level, you can dip in and out depending on your time and interests and whichever way you take part, you will be helping us grow and improve in ways that matters most to our community.
