How to get involved

The Service User Experience Panel is a platform designed specifically for our members of the UK Fire Services community. Your experiences, opinions and needs are pivotal in helping us to shape Fire Fighters Charity to ensure that we are supporting all members of the UK fire services community.

Participation in the Service User Experience Panel is entirely voluntary. We understand that your time is precious, and your involvement is appreciated at any level. You can choose the topics that align with your interests to be involved with, ensuring that your contribution is meaningful and relevant to you.

The opportunities for involvement and representation could come from a range of Fire Fighters Charity teams.

There are no travel requirements. You can contribute remotely through online surveys, polls or video calls.

Whether it is surveys, polls, focus groups or user testing, you have the chance to engage as much or as little as you want.

Your level of participation is entirely in your hands.
