Devon and Somerset Station Manager, Ben Weedon, has been having Outpatient appointments during his recovery from prostate cancer – which he says have helped him get back on the run.

Cheshire Crew Manager James McCall has shared how our Welfare team helped his family welcome an assistance dog into their lives — and how it’s transformed the world of their young son, Bodhi.

After receiving tailored care and support from Fire Fighters Charity during his recovery from cancer, retired firefighter Drew Sloan organised a local fundraiser to give back – and raised over £3,000 in the process.

We were proud to unveil a plaque at Jubilee House, our centre in Cumbria, recently – dedicated to former firefighter and committed supporter, Graham Gash. His legacy is already helping the fire services community live well and feel valued.
