Swimming Pool

We have a large heated indoor swimming pool ideal for private lessons, schools and exercise classes. Our swimming pool has disabled access and a hoist chair. Includes changing rooms, toilets with baby changing facilities and showers.

Hydrotherapy Pool

Our specialised heated indoor hydrotherapy pool is ideal for private lessons, exercise classes, physio sessions, elderly sessions, disabled schools and carers. Our hydrotherapy pool has disabled access and a hoist chair. Included changing facilities, toilets and showers.

Meeting Rooms

Flexible, Multi-purpose space with seating for up to 30 persons in a theatre-style set-up. A variety of layout options are available. The room offers audio-visual technology to support your event.

Bar and Lounge

Bar and lounge area with a variety of lounge seating and tables. Fully licenced bar and outdoor decking terrace leading to the internal courtyard. Catering (buffet style) options available are priced dependent on the selection charged per head. Tea and coffee are available to purchase.

Treatment Rooms

Our treatment and consultation rooms are ideal for private one-to-one sessions with clients. We have a large treatment room with four cubicles with curtain separation and wash basins. Our consultation room has sofa seating, a computer desk and telecoms with an adjacent toilet and sink.

Gym

Fully air-conditioned gym with a selection of commercial cardio and resistance fitness equipment. Studio impact-reducing floor and integrated audio system.
