Aico’s employees have kindly volunteered at our centres with carbon monoxide alarms, smoke alarms and jobs on site. Liv Carter, whose dad is a retired firefighter and mum works in Control with West Yorkshire FRS, had heard about the support we can offer her parents – and potentially her in the future. From golf marathons to huge treks, cricket matches, treasure hunts and more, our supporters rounded September off with some fantastic fundraisers. The Mullenger family have been in the fire service for generations – all while supporting us - and now two of the youngest members of the family, aged 13 and 10, have followed suit.
