Our Wellness and Behaviour Change Coach, Craig Williamson, shares the physical and mental health benefits of getting out and about for a quick stroll. A group of Leicestershire firefighters have set up a walking group and fundraiser in memory of their colleague Gary Chamberlain, who sadly passed away at the end of 2023. The Fire Fighters Charity Crisis Line received 24 calls in it's first month of operation, after being launched on 1 November.
