West Yorkshire FRS donates 20K from internal lottery
A team of volunteers have been working hard to deliver an internal lottery for the service since 1996 – and their latest donation to us is an incredible £20,300.

Richard and Justina Sexton marked their 80th birthdays this year, the same year as our own, with a garden party in aid of us – as a thank you for the support their received from their local fire crews. An entire Watch from Oxfordshire FRS is set to run a continuous relay round every station in the county, as a thank you for the support two of them received from us. June marks Pride Month 2023 and we're joining fire and rescue services across the UK in celebrating and highlighting the importance of equality and diversity. A Welsh mum is set to take on the Welsh 3000s Challenge in aid of us, as a thank you to her local firefighters who helped her family following a house fire.
