Andrew Dickenson is raising funds for us as a thank you to the firefighters who supported his family in the aftermath of the tragedy. Rhys Fitzgerald, an on-call firefighter with Mid and West Wales FRS, is hoping to become the first to summit Mt Everest in full fire kit in 2026 – while raising funds for us. Cheyenne Hirst and her partner Matt are raising funds for us and two other charities after their nephew, Cohen, was left with a serious brain injury following a devastating car crash. The Wannell family have been supporting us since the 1970s with their vintage turntable ladder fire appliance – having experienced our support first-hand, through the generations.
