New Year’s Honours 2025: members of fire family recognised
Our fire services community has been recognised by His Majesty King Charles III in this year's New Year's Honours.
Our fire services community has been recognised by His Majesty King Charles III in this year's New Year's Honours. In the second episode of our Shout!Podcast, we chat with a London firefighter about the support he's received, as well as one of our valued recycling partners and our Chief Executive, Sherine Wheeler. Local band, Big Shaun and the Steel People, teamed up with South Yorkshire FRS on the song - with all funds raised being donated to us. A team of volunteers helped to transform the outdoor area of our centre in Littlehampton. Meet some of the inspirational runners taking on the 2025 London Marathon in aid of us - and hear some of their personal reasons for supporting us.
