Cristabelle Owens is taking on the 2025 London Marathon in aid of us as a way of giving back to the brave fire crews who responded on the worst day of her life. A team of volunteers helped to transform the outdoor area of our centre in Littlehampton. Hannah Mays, who is a wholetime and on-call firefighter with West Sussex, her father Jon, a Station Manager, and brother Nathan, a Crew Manager, are taking on the year-long challenge in aid of us, after all receiving support. Former firefighter Graham Matthews is a member of a Lodge in West Sussex and says we were chosen as their charity of choice after his dad, who was a firefighter for several decades, passed away.
