Our Nursing Services Lead, Kath Savage, is here to explain why it's so important we practise good sun safety. When training for a marathon in particular, it is important to be aware of shin splints and how to manage the issue. Knowing warning signs, symptoms and where to turn for check-ups is so important and when it comes to men’s health, there are a few things you can do to keep an eye on yourself too. One of our Jubilee House nurses shares what an average day is like for the team that provides round the clock care, kindness and compassion to beneficiaries with additional needs. (All client names have been changed for confidentiality). Our Welfare Services Lead, Carrie Pearce, shares some of her advice around hearing aids and implants, assisted living devices and where to seek support.
