A retired Watch Manager from North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and his colleagues helped to organise an incredible event in aid of us. Of the 400 people who started the 18-mile trek along Hadrian's Wall last weekend, 100 of them dropped out before the halfway line. Former North Yorkshire firefighter Adam Collins explains his reasons for wanting to push his body to the limit and raise money for two charities in the process. Jason Liversidge from East Yorkshire is set to abseil the Humber Bridge after firefighters recorded their voices for his speech communication aid.
