We're encouraging you to get active, physically, mentally or socially, throughout October - all while supporting us and three other emergency services charities. If you’re feeling anxious now restrictions have eased, you’re not alone. Our Wellness and Behaviour Change Coach Sally Walker is here to talk about how you can equip yourself to handle those anxieties or worries, whatever the future may hold. Exercise Therapist Jamie Perryman reveals how Walking Football can be a great way to not only build up your physical fitness, but also boost mental wellbeing. After seeing the huge impact the pandemic has had on firefighters' mental health, these brave colleagues planned an incredibly gruelling challenge to say thank you to the Charity for its support. While many of us may be looking forward to mixing with our social circles again, some may struggle to adjust to normality as quickly. Here, Psychological Therapist Kerri Wright shares tips for overcoming those fears.
